CRA Scope Assessment Tool This interactive tool helps manufacturers, importers, distributors and authorised representatives determine whether their products with digital elements fall within the scope of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation EU 2024/2847). The guided assessment covers: product scope and exclusions (Articles 2-3), substantial modification rules (Article 3(30)–(31)), product classification under Annex III/IV, conformity assessment procedures (Article 32), and role-specific obligations (Articles 13-20).
